I got an email from my two Malaysian friends saying they are gonna get married in June this year! I was not really shocked as they have got along together for two years. So it will be my first time at my own friends’ wedding.  Sounds great! Above all, it will be a really cool reunion of nineteen of us, in case all of them can make it.

We got to know one another in 2005 as the delegates in ‘ASEAN Young Journalists/Leaders Exchange Programme’ in Philippines, Vietnam and Cambodia. Two students from each Asian country participated in the programme which had been held for three weeks but Singapore sent only one delegate so there were only 19 participants! The two Malaysians were lucky enough, it must have been a destiny!

It’s been almost 3 years since we were apart but we never get to see one another (Only my friends from Laos and Singapore made their trip to Bangkok last year.) I hope I can make it to their wedding party this late June. Can’t help getting so excited haha.

I’m getting stressed now as I have to find the best dress to the wedding. Gotta go now to look in my wardrobe!!
